I’ve been struggling with my breathing technique during my front crawl. So I decided to focus on my stroke technique I stress and then to draw my attention on my breathing.

The snorkel is great for immediate feedback on keeping my head straight. I can instantly see when my head is moving from side to side and when not.

I feel confident in swimming a slower yet more purposeful stroke when focusing on my positioning.

The strap is good although I would of liked some instruction on positioning. No instructions included. Not self evident for a newbie.

The amount of air I can inhale is fab! Taking in so much air through the larger snorkel pipe calms and relaxes me. I’m finding it easier to focus on the mental picture I have of stroke I’m aiming to achieve.

The mouth piece is faultless. My jaw is watertight and relaxed. This again is a feature that frees up focus offering an opportunity to pay greater attention on my technique. The latex palate moth piece positions itself very well and aligns the rest of the mouth piece form so well.

It’s a bit bulky but as time passes I’m feeling more confident using such a bold piece of kit.

Thanks, good bit of kit for a hardcore breast stroker.
