RETURNS

We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns must be received back by us within 35 days. We are pleased to confirm that we offer an extended returns policy during the Christmas period. Customers purchasing goods throughout November and early December have until the 15tth January to return goods to ourselves.

All Items must be unused with all packaging and labels/tags attached. Any hygiene strips within swimwear need to be returned as fitted or your return will be rejected.

Pre-Paid Label

We have teamed up with Royal Mail and Evri to provide a simple returns process for our UK customers.

Follow the simple instructions to print your returns label. Simply attach the pre-paid label to the outside of the packaging and drop off at your local Parcel Shop Drop Off/ Print in Store Locker or for Royal Mail your local Post Office Branch.  Royal Mail do offer a collection from home service.

If you do not have access to print a label, you can follow the instructions before dropping off your item.

There is a £3.50 charge for using this which will be deducted from your refund.

You can also use any alternative postage method but please note the customer is responsible for all costs and we recommend using a traceable service as we cannot be held responsible until the item is received by us. Please return to:

We always aim to process your refund within 48 hours of the item arriving with us, however, during busy periods please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Exchanges

If you need a different size/item if the original is not suitable, please re-buy the size/item needed via our Website. We are happy for you to provide instructions within the package for an exchange but please note, this is subject to availability at the time of processing. To avoid disappointment, we recommend re-ordering from our site and receiving a refund for your returned item.

Please note, discount codes cannot be used on our Website when re-ordering the same item in a different size within 30 days of the original purchase.

The customer is responsible for all costs and we recommend using a traceable service as we cannot be held responsible until the item is received by us. Please mark your item as a “returned item” with no value and country of origin as the UK.

Please note, we can only process a return upon receipt of the goods and cannot be responsible for postage/ customs delays or any customs/duties charges made by carriers.

Faulty Goods

If you believe an item to be faulty we must be notified and the item received back within 30 days of receiving your item. We can refund or replace for you.

For items that have been used and been subject to wear and tear if you believe them to be faulty, please e-mail with information and return the item to us for inspection. We reserve the right to liaise and send the product to the manufacturer for confirmation if the item is faulty and refer to their decision in either accepting or declining the returned item. Only once the manufacturer has agreed that the product is faulty will SportySwim then be able to replace or credit the item. We will aim to process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales. However, if the item is deemed to be defective due to the customers handling or fair wear and tear, then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund issued.

If covered under warranty, we reserve the right to provide a credit, replace like for like or equivalent product. Please note we reserve the right to only replace items with the same product and size as originally purchased.

We reserve the right to determine normal wear and tear. As a guideline, this requires customers to follow race suit care instructions as found here, and take responsible care of the suit.

Garment Care

We recommend that all swimwear garments should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use to limit the damage of chlorine within the swimsuit. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, dry away from direct sunlight and do not use radiators. Following these care instructions will help to prolong the life of your suit. External factors may also impact the life of a garment, such as sitting on rough surfaces (eg. poolside tiles/drains) or storage/moisture conditions. Such wear and tear damage will not be covered by warranty.

Racing fabric is for race only if you use for warm-up, the suit will not last long and lose its compression very quickly. Please refer here.
