Standard Returns

Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.

Christmas Returns: Items purchased during November and early December may be returned until 15th January.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• With all tags and labels attached
• Returned with any swimwear hygiene strips still fitted

Returns not meeting these requirements may be rejected.

Championship Merchandise

Hoodies and T-shirts purchased as County or Regional Championship merchandise must be returned:

• Within 14 days
• Unused and unwashed

No refunds or exchanges can be offered after the final day of the championship.

Returning Your Own Way

You may use your own courier or postal service.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs and we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items until they are received by us.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return.

During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order through our website and returning the unsuitable item for a refund.

Exchange requests included within your return parcel will be considered but are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Please note: Discount codes cannot be used when re-ordering the same item in a different size within 30 days of the original purchase.

We can only process refunds once goods have been received and cannot be responsible for customs delays, duties or carrier charges.

Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us and return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, replacement or store credit.

For items showing signs of use, inspection may be required and the product may be referred to the manufacturer for assessment. Any decision regarding a manufacturing fault will be based on this assessment.

If a product is found to be faulty, we may:

• Replace the item
• Provide an equivalent replacement
• Issue a refund or credit

Items damaged through misuse, incorrect care or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

For racing suits and other technical swimwear, customers must follow the manufacturer's care instructions. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear.
